This Saturday is the kick off of the Centennial Pony Express ride. The Pony Express starts here in Hobbs in front of the Museum and ends in Sante Fe on June 8. Many have volunteered to ride part if not all of the drive and we want to celebrate them Saturday morning as the first riders start on there way. We will have a small ceremony wishing the riders well. The first hand off of the mail will also be Saturday morning. There is still time to get your special Pony Express stamp and have your mail travel in this special event. Stamps are $5 and can be purchased at the Museum. Join us at 8am on Saturday for this Official Centennial Event.
